In the second chapter of a story that began with the Autumn-Winter 2025 collection, brand ambassador Theo James once again channels the endearing foibles of a bygone aristocratic world. Set in the same magnificent English country manor, the Spring-Summer 2026 campaign, “A Day in the Life - Part II”, was captured by photographer Phil Poynter under the creative direction of David James.



The day dawns on the majestic portico, where the British actor chronicles his 'Almanac of English Eccentricities’ on a typewriter, his feet clad in supple Rother loafers that perfectly complement a tailored ensemble. With creative juices sated, he descends a sweeping staircase to escort a pair of pot-bellied piglets on their leisurely morning amble, stepping with ease in Shanghai Laser monk straps.


As the day unfolds across the estate, so too do the new Church’s styles. The Rother loafers return in linen with leather details, ideal for a session of birdwatching; the Reigate suede ankle boots, paired with workwear, prove perfect for restoring a vintage motorcycle in the ballroom; while the Hampstead Oxfords from the Crown collection complete a black-tie ensemble for an impromptu game of lawn bowls atop an antique rug.
Amongst light, contemporary and flexible silhouettes, Church’s Spring Summer 2026 campaign introduces the Shanghai Essence family—a fresh interpretation of the iconic 1929 style—and celebrates the Crown collection, drawing on centuries-old expertise with a range of timeless designs crafted from the finest leathers, and embodying the highest level of footwear craftsmanship.
