      We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from CHURCH’S, but if you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them free of charge within 28 days of delivery.

      You must notify us if you wish to cancel your order or return any items within 14 days of receiving your order, and return such items within a further 14 days of this notification.

      The information below explains how to request a return and details on returns standards, timescales, refunds and issues arising from damaged or faulty items.       HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

      To initiate the return of your items please follow the steps below. This information is also stated on the returns slip within your order:

      1. Log into the dedicated returns section of the website or click here and enter your order number and email associated with the order.
      2. Select the item(s) and quantity you wish to return and choose your reason for return from the options provided.
      3. Once you have received the email approving your return request, place items into the box and seal securely affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
      4. To arrange a free collection at your convenience please email church.it@dhl.com (cc’ing client.service.eu@church-footwear.com) specifying your pick up address, telephone number, preferred date and time and your collection will be booked for you. You will receive an email from DHL confirming the pick-up details.

      Before completing the return, please make sure that your items meet the standards indicated under ‘Product Conditions’ below.

      We advise that all items returned be sent using our free returns service with DHL. Should you choose to return an item to us via any other provider or a different DHL account, CHURCH’S will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft and any costs incurred will not be reimbursed.

      You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed successfully.

      PRODUCT CONDITIONS

      All items should be returned to us new, unused and with all Church’s security tags still attached. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and in less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

      Whilst trying on or deciding whether to keep shoes, please ensure the soles are protected by standing on a carpeted surface and keep the security tags attached.

      COLOURS

      Every effort has been made to ensure the colours of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour is completely accurate.

      REFUNDS

      All successfully returned items will be credited to the payment method used when placing the order and in the same currency, less any shipping costs, within 14 days of us receiving your items. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have authorised the refund. The time in which the credited amount will appear on your statement is subject to your card issuer.

      For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account will depend upon the company that issued the card.

      Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted through the returns section of www.church-footwear.com. Items returned to us without prior notification may not be refunded.

      LATE RETURNS

      A return request must be submitted to us within 14 days of receipt of your items. Subsequent items must be returned to us at the address stated on the returns label within a further 14 days from this date of notification. Returns received after 28 days from date of initial delivery will not be accepted. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of Church’s.

      ON-LINE EXCHANGES

      We are unable to process exchange requests. Please request a return and create a new order for the replacement item.

      CANCELLATIONS

      Please refer to section 8 within our Terms and Conditions to cancel or withdraw your order within 14 days of placing the order.
