1. How do I place an order?
Browse the site from the e-store menu, and let new arrivals inspire you or search your desired product by style, occasion or category, then filter by design, colour, material, and last to further refine your search. Once you have added the items to your shopping bag, you can verify your selection, modify or confirm your order, and proceed to checkout by entering the requested data.
You may also place an order on the Church's e-commerce by logging in through the My Account section.
2. What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
Church-footwear.com offers a wide selection of products from both our core and seasonal collections and the catalogue is updated regularly with new arrivals.
If the item you are looking for online is not currently available, you can contact our Client Service by e-mail at client.service.jp@church-footwear.com stating the item code, product name and size. A member of our team will be happy to help you locate the item you are looking for. Alternatively, you can reach us on 0120-80-1873.
3. How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is temporarily unavailable, it will be marked as "Out of stock" on its dedicated product page. Please be aware that, before order completion, other customers may purchase items added to your shopping bag.
4. What are the benefits of registering via My Account?
By creating a personal account you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

As part of the Prada Group, you can use the same login information provided for your Church's account while purchasing online from any brands within the group.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards as indicated at checkout. Church's is continuously improving the e-commerce service and will be happy to receive suggestions for alternative payment methods.
6. When will the money be charged?
The order total will only be charged after we have verified your card details, confirmed the availability of the products, and prepared the order for shipping. You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The order total includes any shipping costs, taxes and duties, which will be detailed at the checkout.
7. Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
Church-footwear.com features the most advanced security systems to protect your payment details, guaranteeing absolute security for all transactions.
8. How do I know my order has been successful?
After selecting "Buy" and confirming your order, the payment will pass through a security check. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the provided e-mail address containing a summary of your order's details, such as the description, product data and the total amount of the order, including taxes and any shipping costs. Upon order shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation featuring details to help track the delivery with our courier.
Before confirming your order form, you must read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions published on this website, saving them on your device or printing them.
If you do not receive an e-mail acknowledging your order within 24 hours from completion, please contact our Client Service to verify if the order was correctly received.
9. Can I modify or cancel my order?
For security reasons, we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping. If you notice any mistakes in the information provided, please contact our Client Service.
If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, delivery can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns” section.
